Call To Action 

A phrase or button used to prompt an immediate response from a viewer, such as clicking a link or making a purchase.

Engagement Rate 

A measurement of how much and how often users interact with social media content, usually expressed as a percentage.

Hashtag 

A word or phrase preceded by the # symbol used to categorize and organize social media content, allowing users to search for related posts.

Influencer Marketing 

A type of marketing that involves partnering with influential individuals or organizations to promote a brand or product to their followers.

Reach 

The total number of unique users who see a piece of social media content.

Social Media Analytics 

The collection and analysis of data from social media platforms to gain insights into audience behavior and engagement.

Social Media Strategy 

A plan for how a brand will use social media to achieve its marketing goals, including tactics for content creation, audience targeting, and platform selection.

Tile 

A graphic that is created that is customized to a businesses colours and products/services that can be used to post on social media pages and other advertising purposes. 

User Generated Content 

Content created by users of a brand's product or service, such as reviews, photos, or videos, which can be used for marketing purposes.

Viral Marketing 

A marketing strategy that involves creating content that is widely shared and talked about on social media, often with the goal of promoting a brand or product
